Take Away (Off Sales) Licensing Police Advice

In a bid to keep the Food and Beverage industry moving forward during Lockdown, pubs that serve food and restaurants were given Temporary Permitted Development rights to be able to operate a hot food takeaway service to people at home during the lockdown.

Whilst this has been a successful way of keeping the economy going, the Police have had an increase in calls in relation to premises that are not in line with government legislation.
