Invitation: An Introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Find out how to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a tool to change negative cycles in to positive ones.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and action are interconnected, and that negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a vicious cycle.

CBT aims to help you deal with overwhelming problems in a more positive way by breaking them down in to smaller parts.

PaddingtonNow BID in partnership with Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust would like to invite you to an introductory session on CBT.

The session will explain how CBT works and will use example cycles to illustrate this. It will also give you an insight in to some of the techniques used to combat negative cycles.

This workshop is suitable for anyone working in Paddington, HR managers, employers, employees and anyone who thinks they might benefit from learning to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
