In September we facilitated an evening reception with Sellar Property Group and Hard Hat Communications for our local hoteliers. Attendees were able to hear about Sellar Property Group’s aims and hopes around the new design for Paddington Quarter and review the public consultation results, as well as look at detailed models of the proposed new building and its impact on the local infrastructure.

Concerns were raised and questions asked in a very relaxed and informal way. Visit for the lowdown on the plans.

If you would be interested in attending an event of this type, for this development, or others taking place locally, please email stating which developments you are interested in.

We are delighted to report that PaddingtonNow was awarded Silver Gilt in the Business Improvement District category of London in Bloom 2016.

This was the first time the BID had entered London in Bloom after eleven years investing in greening and environmental projects across the Paddington area. To celebrate, we have produced Greener Paddington, a document which records our green achievements through the years.  Thanks to all our businesses, partners, supporters and suppliers who have helped us make Paddington so blooming lovely.

Our free music festival, Paddington Covers, drew thousands of festivalgoers to Norfolk Square Gardens over three, sunny, summery live music events on the last Fridays of June, July and August.

Taking inspiration from the line ups at Glastonbury, British Summer Time Hyde Park and Reading Festivals we brought fantastic tribute acts and cover bands to W2 to entertain local residents, workers and holiday makers. The sun shone on all three of our events and everyone enjoyed the kid-friendly entertainment from our stilt walkers, balloon modeller, bubbleologist and face painter between DJ sets and music performances.

We’re already looking for a sponsor to help shape and support next year’s events so please get in touch if your company is interested. Email:
